- FCC ID (on back of watch)
- Photos of your watch, both front and back
- Quick video of your watch highlighting your issue (not charging or powering on, camera not opening, etc.).
- Copy of your purchase receipt
- Location and date the item was purchased.
- Once your email is received, a Customer Experience Specialist will reach out within 24 hours. If it can't be resolved easily by our support team, we will advise next steps for the claim.
