Please know that the battery protection mode is enabled if the watch has not been used and need to sit on the charger for a while (30+ minutes) before the charging screen appears. Also, if the watch is a recent purchase, there is a possibility that the initial factory charge has been fully drained, so waiting for a few more minutes for the charging indicator to appear is also recommended.
Please follow these steps to resolve the charging issue on your PlayZoom:
1. Leave the watch on the charger for 30 minutes to one hour (make sure the charging pins are placed properly on the watch).
2. After that, remove the watch from the charger and then place it back on for a few hours to fully charge the device.
