If the watch has not been used for an extended period of time, it is likely that battery protection mode is enabled. In that case, it needs to sit on the charger for at least 30 minutes before the charging screen appears. Also, if the watch is a recent purchase, it is possible that the initial factory charge has been fully drained, so waiting for a few more minutes for the charging indicator to appear is recommended.
Please follow these steps to resolve the charging issue on your PlayZoom Smartwatch:
1. Leave the watch on the charger for 30 minutes to one hour (make sure the micro USB is inserted fully into the watch).
2. After that, remove the watch from the charger and then place it back on for a few hours to fully charge the device.
