How do I pair my smartwatch to my phone?

The PlayZoom Kids Smartwatch does not need a smart phone. Your kids can wear this right away without any smartwatch connection. Even without a phone, all of the watch's features are fully accessible! 

How do I charge my watch?

Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger. We recommend using the USB port on your computer.

Attach the smartwatch to the appropriate charging cable section. A charging screen will appear, indicating that your smartwatch is charging.

How long should I charge the watch to get a full battery?

Your PlayZoom Kids Smartwatch takes about 1-2 hours to fully charge.

How long will my watch stay charged after fully charging it?

Battery life between charges depends on use of the watch. Like other electronic devices, more frequent usage will drain the battery quicker. Some activities will be more demanding on the battery, such as taking photos and videos.

How do I power on/off my smartwatch?

To power on/off your PlayZoom Smartwatch, press and hold the home button at the side of the screen for a few seconds.

How do I set the date and time?

When switching on your PlayZoom Smartwatch for the first time, the date and time setting screen will be displayed first. Swipe up and down over the day, month, year, hours and minutes to change the current date and time. Tap the OK button when you’re done.

Note: You may also set the date and time by tapping the settings icon , choose either date or time swipe up or down then click okay once done. 

How do I turn up the brightness on my watch?

Tap the settings icon , and choose brightness. Adjust the brightness of your smartwatch by sliding the brightness bar either up or down as well as the duration of how long the watch display stays on.

How do I change the clock face on my watch?

When the clock screen is on, tap the watch face to switch between analog and digital format. To pick a different watch face, swipe either left or right to see more. 

Can my smartwatch play music?

The Music feature is not available for the PlayZoom 2019 model. Nevertheless, we include exciting and educational games your kids will surely enjoy. Plus they can take videos anytime, anywhere.

How do I take a picture with my PlayZoom Kids Smartwatch?

Press the camera button found at the side of the watch screen to launch the camera and to take pictures.

Can I swim with my PlayZoom Kids Smartwatch?

We advise that you do not put under running water and submerge in water. Also, the watch is  not suitable for showering, bathing or swimming.

How long can I wear my watch for?

We recommend removing the watch from your wrist at least once per day to clean the straps.

How do I clean the straps on my Smartwatch?

We recommend cleaning your band and wrist regularly - especially after intense workouts or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Do NOT use hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate your skin. Always pat dry the band before putting it back on
